How this estimate works
The "minutes it takes you now" figures are yours. The calculator does not guess or use averages.
The "with the playbook" figures are the time estimates written on each job page. Where a job gives a range, the higher end is used.
Where a job takes longer the first time (for example "30 minutes once, then 1 minute per chase"), the weekly total uses the repeat figure only and shows the first-time figure separately.
For jobs only subscribers can read, no playbook estimate is shown here, so you enter your own guess for both numbers.
"Every working day" counts as 5 times a week. "Once a month" counts as 12 times a year.
A job never counts as saving negative time: if the playbook estimate is longer than yours, it adds nothing.
This is an estimate for planning, not a promise. Your results depend on your jobs, your notes and the AI tool you use.
