Set up EICR renewal reminders for landlord customers

The problem

Landlords need a fresh EICR at least every five years and many lose track. A simple reminder sheet is repeat work that books itself.

What AI does

AI sets up spreadsheet formulas that work out when each landlord customer's next inspection is due, from the dates on their reports, and drafts a calm reminder message. You test the formulas, and only landlords who agreed to reminders hear from you.

Time

The steps, in short

1. Set up a sheet with first names, areas and report dates, not full addresses.
2. Have AI write the due-date formulas and a reminder message.
3. Test the formulas with dates you already know, and check the due dates against the official landlord guidance (England).
4. Each month, contact only the landlords who opted in.
