Triage DM and email enquiries into "ready to book" and "needs info"
Your inbox is full of "how much for a small one?". Sorting enquiries and asking for the missing details in one go saves hours of back-and-forth.
Steps
- Copy a batch of new enquiries. Remove names, handles and phone numbers first.
- Paste the prompt below with your booking rules.
- Use the sorted list to reply: book the ready ones, send the info request to the rest, and politely decline what you don't do.
- Save the best replies as Instagram saved replies or email templates so next time you just tap.
The exact prompt
I'm a [UK] tattoo artist. Style: [e.g. fine-line blackwork]. I don't do: [e.g. colour realism, cover-ups, hands/face, under-18s]. To quote I need: placement, rough size in cm, colour or black and grey, reference images, and availability. Sort these enquiries into: A) Ready to book (has everything) B) Needs info (list exactly what's missing) C) Not for me (outside my style or rules) Then draft a short, friendly reply for each group (under 60 words each, casual [British] tone). For C, recommend they look for an artist who specialises in that style; don't name anyone. Don't quote prices; write [PRICE] where I'll add it. Enquiries: [paste]
