Prepare a one-page summary of your round for a buyer or a valuation conversation, from your own totals
The problem
People type “how much is a window cleaning round worth” and “how to sell a window cleaning round” into search, and the first thing anyone on the other side of that conversation will ask for is plain facts: how many customers, how often they are cleaned, what the round brings in and how it is paid. You can work those out from your round app or spreadsheet, but writing them up clearly is a job people put off. AI can lay out the page from totals you type, in plain sentences, and leave blanks for anything you have not given it. It never sees a customer’s name or address, it does no sums, and it does not say what the round is worth: price, terms and tax are for you, your accountant and your solicitor.
What AI does
AI lays out a one-page, facts-only summary of your round from totals you work out yourself, with no customer names or addresses. It says nothing about value or tax; those are for you and your advisers.
Time
The steps, in short
- Work out your round totals from your own records, with a date.
- Have AI lay out a one-page summary from the totals only.
- Check every figure against your records and remove any claim of value.
- Show it to your accountant or adviser before sharing it with anyone else.
A short sample prompt
