Steps

1. Work out the new price per clean for each group of customers (for example small terraces, semis, detached, conservatories). Write it as a list. The prices are yours; AI should not pick them.
2. Decide the notice you'll give and the date it starts. Look at your diary so no customer gets a rise before their next clean.
3. Paste the list and the prompt below. Ask for a text-length version and a longer email version.
4. If you like, include the yearly difference as a line (for example "about £X more across the year"). Some owners find a small rise looks smaller that way; others skip it. Pick what suits your customers.
