Job 14 of 20 · Outline

Summarise your repair and safety responsibilities

The problem

Missing a gas safety check or electrical inspection is costly and dangerous. A summary of your duties and dates keeps you on top.

What AI does

AI turns your own notes from official guidance into a one-page table of your repair and safety duties, with your own dates. It adds nothing, and you check each line against the official pages for your nation.

Time

Time: 15 minutesTools: ChatGPT, Gemini

The steps, in short

  1. Read the official pages for your nation and note your key duties.
  2. Have AI arrange your notes into a table.
  3. Check every line against the official pages.
  4. Add the dates from your certificates to your compliance calendar.

A short sample prompt

Arrange my notes from official landlord guidance into a one-page table of what I must do on repairs and safety, with columns for [your column headings]. Add nothing that is not in my notes. Notes: [paste]
