Lay out a blank competence-evidence file and renewal diary for your own registration, insurance and CPD dates, which you fill in by hand
The problem
If you are on a register or certified through a scheme, your body asks for the same few things again and again: a CPD record, proof of insurance with its expiry date, certificates, and a review of your competence. The two schemes read for this page set their own timings: one register says it asks for documents up to two months before the renewal or review date and suspends anyone who does not send them, and BAFE says competence is reviewed within 36 months. Nobody on the sources read says this is a headache, and the register already sends reminders, so this is a small job: a blank contents list and a diary, laid out once. AI lays out only the empty tables from your list of headings; you type every date, place and name yourself from your own certificates and letters, and nothing from them goes into an AI tool. Whether an activity counts as CPD, or whether your cover or competence is enough, is for your body, not for AI and not for this page.
What AI does
AI lays out a blank contents list and renewal diary from your own list of headings for your registration, insurance and CPD records. Every date and detail is left empty for you to fill in by hand from your own documents.
Time
The steps, in short
- List the records you keep, based on what your own register or scheme asks for.
- Have AI lay out the blank tables from your headings only.
- Check nothing has been added, then save the blanks.
- Fill them in by hand from your documents and put the dates in your own calendar.
