Plan a themed class from your own sequence ideas
A theme gives a class shape. AI can help you organise your ideas, cues and timings, which you then check against your training. The order, cues and options stay your decision; the AI tool only arranges what you give it.
Steps
- Choose the level, length, theme and peak pose or focus, and list the poses or exercises you want to include.
- Note the common limitations you offer options for (for example wrist or knee discomfort) and the option you teach for each, as general categories only, with no student names or health details.
- Example (made up, for illustration only): a 60-minute mixed-level class themed on grounding builds to tree pose. The plan sets out a warm-up, standing balances in the order the teacher listed, a cool-down and relaxation, with a wall option for balance.
- Run the prompt.
- Check every pose order, cue and option against your training and your students; the AI tool does not decide what is safe.
- Teach it, then note what you would change next time.
