Questions personal trainers ask
Can AI write my clients' programmes?
It can draft a structure, but exercise choice, volume and progression must be your call, especially with injuries or health conditions.
Is it safe to put PAR-Q details into AI?
No. Health questionnaire answers are sensitive health data. Keep them in your coaching app or secure records and give AI anonymised training details only.
Which AI tool is free?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Claude all have free plans. For research with sources, Perplexity's free plan shows citations. Always open them and check.
Privacy tip: don't paste customers' full names, addresses or other personal details into AI tools unless you need to and you've checked the tool's privacy settings.
